Hey all!
If anyone is around the Boston area on the 29th, there is a show at the Middle East that I know you will love! (:
Rachel Platten is a wonderful artist; she reminds me of a mixture of Regina Spektor/Ingrid Michaelson/Sara. AND she beatboxes too!
I don't know much about Matt Hires, but I am starting to listen to his stuff, and I'm digging it.

Thanks for sharing Lizzy, I didn't know her. I've listened to some of her songs and she really has a great voice :).
I love Matt Hires too. He actually did a duet with Sara on his latest album ;). Great song.Obviously I'm not going to the show though ;). Have fun!

yeah! i love rachel so so much! she is absolutely one of the sweetest musicians on the planet. i'm basically on her unofficial street team. do you happen to know the name of the track he recorded with sara? i want to look it up.
i will! hopefully i can met some sbfans there too? maybe haha

I love Rachel Platten and I actually work 3 blocks from the Middle East, but for me to drive all the way in on a saturday is crazy. I only do that for a few artists.

bess rogers and allison weiss. i absolutely adore these two ladies. they are pure class. bess plays guitar & sings with ingrid michaelson and allison is bess' friend and a ROCKIN' musician too. ( legit, allison has a punkrockish feel live, and i love it!) :)
sooooo, i really want to go, but cant find anyone to go with. i wont let that stop me though; i am going alone just because i love these 2 too much to pass it up.
it would be super cool to meet up with someone there if anyone wants to go.
