FULL CONCERT RECORDINGS

Hi all....  for those who don't know me, I'm a die-hard concert bootlegger.  I've taped every Sara show I've ever been to since 2007 (except the first round of the Kaleidoscope Heart Tour because my recorder decided to stop working).  

 

I love sharing the music so I thought a thread like this might be useful.  I have a ton of shows in my iTunes, but I didn't tape all of them myself.  I don't share shows without the recorder's permission so unless I get it, I'll only be posting mine.  

 

You all hereby have my permission to share my shows with anybody you want, as long as you don't charge for them.  Not that you would, but my lawyer-ness has to tell you that.  :-)

You're right, a thread like this is really useful, it's a great idea.
Thank you for sharing your recordings! I'm downloading them right now, then it will go directly on my iPod :). 

I'm curious, what recorder do you use ? I should probably get one.

I have all my recordings from the Kaleidoscope Heart Tour but there's only two or three (I recorded by song + possibly some commentary before/after) that are great quality due to the volume of the bass. I also have someone else's recording of the Live Acoustic Tour 2009 but, I think everyone has that from the Unreleased bundle that Clement put out. If you guys want 'em, I have recordings of Javi opening for Sara. Let me know if you want me to upload those, too. If you don't mind a bit of fuzziness from the bass, I have King of Anything, too. Only if you guys want it. I'll attach all the links in a little bit. After I upload them to megaupload and stuff. (:

Could you upload you recordings of Javi opening for Sara ? I love his songs so it would be pretty cool.

no problemo!
I just used the voice memo app on my iPhone. hahah.
But it kinda worked out. The application just isn't too good when there's a lot of bass volume.

Jill thank you SO MUCH for those Boston recordings - I honestly remember them getting me through some tough times in March/April '09.  Haha.  And that was the first time I got to hear "Gonna Get Over You" which has remained a favorite.

 

I have a couple of recordings.  Some are better than other.  And some songs from each recording are better than others.  It really depends on the venue, and unfortunately a number of the ones I've been to just max the speakers and mux the levels and it makes for not the best clarity.
