Hi guys!

Like most of the members of this community, I feel very strongly about Sara's music and simply Sara as a person. In short, she has made an indescribable impact on my life, and she doesn't even know it. I know that there are many similar cases out there, and that Sara has touched millions of people worldwide, but I feel the need to write her a letter regardless.

I am going to her concert in Boston on August 30th (anyone else?) and I was wondering how to get the letter into her hands. It doesn't have to be face to face (that would be AMAZING, though), I just need her to know how much guidance she has given me.

If anyone has any suggestions, share away. Thanks.

It's a headlining show! You can totally wait at her bus after the show. I recommend going a couple hours early and waiting in line so you can get front row standing (or sitting) spots. While you wait, you could even try to locate her bus. Then, after the show, you go out to her bus and there will probably be some other people there, as well. If you wait long enough, she'll come out and you'll be able to talk to her and meet her and then give her the letter. In my case, I went to a private concert where I met her and gave Josh some things so that he could get autographs for us and give stuff to Sara. I wrote a letter on the back of a drawing/poster/collage that I gave her and that's how I got mine to her but, it'll probably be different circumstances for you. So, that's what you can do. Hope it helps. (:

Hi Yaryn!

I'm pretty sure the seating is assigned, so I don't think it's possible for me to get in the front at all. I do plan on waiting by her bus after the show though. I'm going with 4 friends that aren't as "obsessed" as I am, so I hope they don't mind waiting. I'm just afraid that I won't remain conscious long enough to give her my letter, or even to speak! Thanks for your suggestion. Very helpful :)

Hahaha. I feel exactly the same. About the "friends who aren't as obsessed" part. All my friends are OBSESSED with Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, and all those people. They just don't understand my love for pure muuuusic. (; I kid. But seriously. Sara > Justin, Gaga, Katy Perry, etc. (:
haha ! Same for me. I went to her show in Paris last March with my girlfriend who was not really into Sara's music (at least before the show). She had to wait like 4 hours with me! :D
Anyway, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to give it to her, or maybe a band mate ? If you see Josh, Dan, Javi or Phil, just give your letter to one of them and I'm pretty sure they'll agree to give it to Sara.
Yeah definitely. I gave my stuff to her through Josh and he was super sweet about it.
How long do fans usually wait outside her bus until she comes out?
I don't really know. All I know is that I waited for about 45 minutes. It could be more depending on the shows/venues.
Yeah. Most people say that they waited 30-40 minutes.
For me it was about 30 minutes.
What did you guys do? Like did you run out right after the performance or just kind of make your way back? I'm seeing her in Cleveland and I'm hoping to meet her, but I don't want to miss it or something, you know?
after the show i was the last person practically out of the venue.... BUT she wasn't as big last year and she is getting this year.... there were only maybe 8 people that waited for her after the show... we just stood outside of teh venue and her bus eventually pulled up ( in NYC the tour bus had to be parked somewhere else)...... BUT when she finally came out she was soo nice and friendly to everyone and signed anything u brought, chatted, and took photos... she was really personable! I hope to get to meet her again this year after the show in new york! =)
As far as I'm concerned, I waited like 10 minutes in the hall of the venue after the show. I waited for people to leave. Then I went outside and waited next to her tourbus, hoping that she would come out soon ;). We were only 5 or 6 people waiting since it was not a headlining show.
