The Sara Bareilles Fan Community
This may seem like more of a guys poll, but what the heck ladies, feel free to share your opinions as well. (This is not an obsessed stalker thing, so don't get creepy - keep it all above board and let's have some fun with it.) I have been a fan ever since King of Anything was released. So over the past few months I have determined that Sara Bareilles just might be the perfect woman and here are a few of my key points: 1. She is extremely talented - writes and performs her own songs to perfection; 2. She is very pretty - those beautiful eyes and smile make her very attractive; 3. She is so genuine - very self effacing and humble and cares about people, especially her fans; 4. Best of all, she has a great sense of humor - she is naturally funny, I love her tweets and her short videos, they always make me laugh; 5. She has a powerful and soulfully, sexy voice - I never get tired of listening to her; 6. She says she loves to hike and be outdoors - so she is not prissy, which is a really big plus in my book; 7. She belches and swears so guys (and some ladies), you gotta love that. I could go on but you get the idea. So what say the rest of you, am I just an over zealous fan or on the right track?

Perfect? Maybe if she didn't drive a hybrid LOL... I've always thought that a silver Mazda RX-8 would suit her well. If I ever find $30K on the ground I'll buy her one :D
But in all seriousness, like Clement, I agree with every point you made. However, I don't think anyone or anything can ever be perfect, because people have varying definitions of the word. It doesn't matter though, Sara is Sara, and I love her, imperfections and all.

Totally agree with you. If you can find some of my earlier posts in this forum you'll see that I pretty much have said similar things.
The really great thing about her for me is that there are really 2 sides to her. Number 1 is her music which I love and Number 2 is her great personality. The two things complement each other beautifully. Most musicians, I just listen to their music but I don't really care about them. Sara is different. I totally care about her in addition to her music.
Example, I like some of Beyonce's music and I consider her a good artist, but if she never did another album or did a show, I wouldn't really care. If Sara disappeared, it would be like losing a friend. I'd be very depressed.

Small tip for all you guys out there. Don't tell your girlfriend that you think Sara is the
ideal woman. Consequences could be bad. Just say I really like her music and that's it haha
LOL Sounds like that comes from real experience William. I have been married a long time and turned my wife into a Sara fan without her knowing I have a crush on her. Not that I would (or let's be honest, could) ever do anything about it, but I guy can dream, can't he. If and when Sara comes to Seattle my wife really wants to see her. Yeah me.

76coug,
Actually my girlfriend is a fan too, but she says that I'm too fanatical. We saw Sara at Lilith Fair last year and she loved it. But then I went by myself to 2 of the Kaleidoscope Heart fall concerts here in the NorthEast. She doesn't really understand why I need to see Sara that much. I tell her it just a hobby, like collecting stamps or something..........
