Her awesomeness w/ other people's songs reminds me of how Sinatra was...

Always doing something different when recording a song someone else made popular.

Sara dazzled w/ Yellow & Dock of the Bay.  Here's some songs I'd love to hear her take

a shot at...

Frank Sinatra- Cycles

Frank Sinatra- For A While (I think it'd sound good w/ Bluebird in a medley.)

Matchbox Twenty- Long Day (I can picture her going ape-s**t at the piano w/ this one)

There's a bunch of others I'd love to hear...

How 'bout everyone else fills in, eh?

I think she should cover some John Mayer stuff!

Somewhere Only We Know - Keane

The Remedy (I Won't Worry) - Jason Mraz

& it's not a cover but I want to see her doing Carolina live.

I don't even know why I did this 'cause Sara would (in some way) own every single song.

Yeah, regarding the GRAMMY comment...

Chasing Pavements beat Love Song, yet it's funny

'cause at the time I never once heard Chasing Pavements

on the radio & Love Song was dominating airwaves.  As well,

Coldplay's album at the time beat Little Voice, but truth be told

I thought after they ripped off someone else for their big hit song

that they wouldn't be awarded anything.  The latest Grammy's she was robbed
& well... I guess we'll have to see what happens with the 3rd album.

haha yes you're right William! :) I agree, I would love to hear Sara cover one of Adele's songs like Set Fire to the Rain, Rolling in the deep or Someone like you. I'm sure it would be awesome!

I think that the only Adele song that Sara may not want to do is Chasing Pavements.

Love Song lost out to Chasing Pavements at the 2009 Grammys, lol.

Sara covering Back In Black by AC/DC? Hmmm... that would be interesting :P

Thanks Clement,

Yeah especially on the For A While/Bluebird...

Bluebird is an amazing song, yet I feel it didn't reach it's full potential.

To explain, it slowly builds, she passionately sings "Bluebird" towards the end, then the song

starts slowing down.  I think more angst filled/sung lyrics would have brought it even more alive.

Anyway...

Here's other covers I think would be cool, you all tell me?

AC/DC:  Back In Black

Alanis Morissette:  You Learn

Better Than Ezra:  Get You In

Carlos Santana:  Game Of Love

Carole King:  It's Too Late

Dave Matthews Band:  What Would You Say?

Elton John:  Can You Feel The Love Tonight?

Smokey Robinson:  Crusin'

Incubus:  Drive

John Mellencamp:  Wild Night

Kate Voegele: 99 Times

Maroon 5:  Harder To Breathe & Sunday Morning

Matchbox Twenty:  Push

Michelle Branch:  Are You Happy Now?

Nickelback: Someday

R.H.C.P.: Dani-California

Rob Thomas:  Streetcorner Symphony

Stone Temple Pilots:  Plush

Third Eye Blind:  Semi-Charmed Life

Tom Mauro:

Train:  Drops Of Jupiter

Vanessa Carlton:  A Thousand Miles

Wallflowers:  One Headlight

Enough songs?

And from the 80's Madonna's "Live to Tell". That would be awesome. A pure Sara type song.
